**Shipping Policies:

The shipping period for orders is 21-26 working days, except for express delivery items which are shipped within 5-7 working days. Shipping fees are 57.5 Saudi Riyals, including value-added tax.Tax and customs fees may be imposed on products shipped directly from outside the Kingdom to the customer.Orders placed outside official working hours (Friday) and official holidays in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are considered to be registered on the first working day following the end of the holiday. Orders placed outside our usual working hours (9 am - 8 pm) are considered to be registered on the first working day following the date of the order.
Although we are strongly committed to delivering within the timelines specified in our order confirmation or displayed on our website or mentioned above, these delivery timelines are estimates. The customer has the right to cancel the order and request Shop it to refund the paid amounts in case of a delay in delivery exceeding fifteen (15) working days from the agreed delivery date.
If the customer refuses to receive the product, they are not entitled to a refund, and in case they request to ship the product again, the customer bears the shipping cost. If the customer changes the delivery address or time before delivery, an additional fee of 25 Saudi Riyals will be imposed.
Shop it will not be responsible for non-delivery due to reasons beyond its control, including the customer's absence at the address mentioned to receive the order or the customer's request to postpone delivery.
Return and Exchange Policies:
All our products are purchased based on the customer's request, so the return and exchange policy does not apply to them, except for express delivery products.
Discounted products:
The return and exchange policy does not apply to discounted products.
Return conditions for express delivery products:
The customer has the right to return and exchange orders that comply with the return and exchange policies within two days from the date of receipt of the order.
The customer has no right to return products that have been provided based on a prior request, except in the case of a manufacturing defect in the product or evidence of receiving a product that does not conform to the order.
The returned/exchanged products must be undamaged and unused.
The returned/exchanged products must be in the same condition as the original purchase, with all accessories, brand stickers, original boxes, warranty cards (if any), and others.
Shoes and bags to be returned/exchanged must be in their protective bags and original boxes, along with all accessories and brand stickers.
Shop it conducts a quality check on the returned/exchanged products before completing the refund process. Therefore, it is preferred to place the returned product in a protective box to avoid damage during shipping.
Cosmetics and care products (including skincare, perfumes, makeup, hair care), underwear, swimwear, face masks, earrings, candles, and vintage items cannot be returned.
Jewelry (except earrings) must be unused and returned in their original packaging, with all brand stickers, accessories, and tags attached.

Products damaged during shipping
In the event of loss or damage to the product after it has been delivered to the shipping company by Shop It or one of the personal shoppers, the customer will be compensated with the full amount determined by the shipping company as compensation.
To ensure the safety of the shipment and avoid any loss due to damage or loss, the customer is responsible for paying the insurance costs if they so desire. The customer must ensure that the full value of the shipment is covered to guarantee compensation in the event of any loss or damage.
Products that do not match the customer's order.
The return and exchange fee is 57.5 Saudi Riyals, including value-added tax.
To request the return of a product, please contact us at [email protected] for instructions on the pickup process. (Please note that free pickup is only available if the return is from the original delivery address indicated on the order invoice).
Once the pickup request is confirmed and a pickup date is scheduled, please ensure that the product is ready for pickup (placed in its original packaging and protective box with related documents and return policy).
Refund Procedures:
The refund process will only begin after the Shop it team receives and inspects the returned product and approves it by the quality control team.
After the quality control team approves the return, the full value of the product will be refunded, except for the shipping cost.
The refunded amount will be returned to the customer in the same way they used to make the payment (credit cards, bank account, etc.) in Saudi Riyals within 21 working days.
Returns for orders purchased using "Buy Now, Pay Later" services will be subject to their terms and conditions.

The platform has the right to cancel the order - as it deems appropriate - in some cases, including, for example, if the product the customer wants to buy is not available, or if the product is priced incorrectly, or in the case of fraudulent orders.
The platform will not be responsible for any delays that occur during the discount season or any other seasons due to the increase in the number of orders on the platform.
The platform will not be responsible if the order is delayed for a reason attributable to the personal shopper.
